Connect, Act, Grow

Open Doors Activists are a community of young adults who want to grow in their love for Jesus, using their gifts to make a difference and as justice seekers, know that family is more than biology. Quite simply we connect, act and grow together.

How it works

Activists is a programme for 18-25 year olds that connects you with like-minded justice seekers restless to see Jesus at work through the global church. Activists helps you develop in your understanding of persecution and suffering and equips you to positively impact those hit hardest for following Jesus.

Throughout the year there are opportunities to connect with other Activists either in person or online. We provide quarterly online training and equipping sessions that will not only grow your faith and heart for justice but your skills too. And you get to experience all this with a bunch of like-minded justice seekers.

There’s also opportunity to hear from persecuted Christians and field workers – to grow a closer connection and learn from their faith lessons.

What we need from you

• Being willing to be a part of things for 1-2 years - we make this can fit around everything else you're doing.
• A level of commitment to attending and contributing to Activists and Open Doors Events
• Commitment from you to use your gifts and put them into action to represent the persecuted church. We will help provide resources for this too.
• Engage with the Activists community
• Raise awareness and generate action in your spheres of influence for Open Doors
