Inspire Inbound Team Member (Temp)

£10.68 per hour

Do you have a heart for helping Christians facing persecution?

Are you available on an ad hoc basis? Perhaps you’ve got study, home or work commitments but you also have some available time? Or perhaps you’re just blessed with plenty of time and want to serve!

We’re looking to create a team of fantastic Christians* who are able to step in and step up and support our permanent Inspire Team Members here at Open Doors. There are times when our permanent team need to step away from the phones to join our prayer times, retreat times, or other meetings and we need people who have the skills to answer the phones for us during these times.

You’ll need to be confident using our systems and following procedures, competent in your IT skills, good at listening to people and facilitating their requests, and comfortable praying with our supporters over the phone.

Cover is needed from each cover team member once a week (just under 2 hours) and once month (half a day), and, on an infrequent ad hoc basis around 6 times per year.
